Mixed Messages is a Bachelor’s thesis collection which consists of sixteen fabrics, produced either through weaving or printing techniques. The “muse” for this collection is the designer’s friend Anastasia Poljatschenko, who has a very unique taste in clothing, as she bravely combines different patterns and styles together, while she maintains a very balanced overall look. This inspiration induced the idea of the collection, which is filled with patterns while maintaining its overall harmony. The final outcome is a conceptual textile collection for clothing with bold colors, contrasts and clear consistent look.
